Call and Create
Our sister venue The Point and Age Concern are pioneering a new project to inspire creativity and happiness for Eastleigh residents who are alone at home.
Call and Create will connect you with one professional performance artist and one person chosen by you – maybe a friend or family member. The three of you will share weekly conversations about positive topics, and after five weeks our artists will have created something to share especially for you – a song, poem, story or piece of music.
With our sister venue The Point Eastleigh we are delighted to have secured an allocation of £193,000 in the awards from the Government’s Cultural Recovery Fund.
This significant cash injection by the Department of Culture Media and Sport (DCMS) is a vital investment in the future of both theatres and a vote of confidence in the Borough’s long-term commitment to reach even more people within their communities, forge new links with partners and to build for the future.
New accessibility software
Our newly added Recite Me toolbar allows any visitors to this website to use it in the way that works best for them.
By clicking the Accessibility Tools button, users can launch the Recite Me toolbar and open a text to speech option, reading support aids, a translation tool with over 100 languages and a variety of other key accessibility features.
We strive to ensure that everything we do is as inclusive as possible and are committed to finding ways to help everyone to enjoy their visit.
