Our team of staff work across our two theatres and festivals. Whilst we are based at our sister venue The Point, Eastleigh we're often making the seven mile trip across the Borough to The Berry Theatre!

Artistic Director
Charlotte leads on the creative vision for the organisation and shapes our creative programmes in collaboration with the wider team.

Business Manager
Louisa leads on the commercial management of our venues and activity across the Borough, working with the Operations team to ensure that our programmes are safe and resilient.

Liz Wolton
Theatre and Festivals Programmer
Liz supports the professional programme across both venues, working within the creative vision of the Director seeking out suitable work, liaising with and contracting artists and companies.

Box Office and Front of House
Led by Janice Munday
Our Front of House team provides a welcome for everyone who comes into our buildings, everything from selling tickets to your favourite show, booking a meeting room, joining one of our classes or serving at the bar.

The team share awareness and spread the word about our work, developing and implementing strategies to make sure as many people as possible hear about what’s going on.
